2024 Grammys Experience

Locations: Los Angeles, New York, Nashville
Client: CBS + The Recording Academy

Before the red carpet rolled out, the stage had to be set. 🎶

In the days leading up to music’s biggest night, our team partnered with CBS and the Recording Academy to bring the magic of the Grammys to life across three iconic cities: Los Angeles, New York City, and Nashville.

From immersive stage builds to surprise performances and skyline-level digital displays, we designed and produced multi-city experiences that reminded the world the Grammys were almost here...

Los Angeles — TCL Chinese Theatre

We transformed the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre into a high-energy, immersive stage experience that set the tone for Grammys week.

Here’s what we brought to life:

  • Custom-built stage platforms for live musicians and dancers

  • Programming that showcased everything from piano and strings to full-band performances

  • Lighting and audio design that brought CBS branding and live music into the spotlight

  • A bold, camera-ready environment built to spark buzz and anticipation

Nashville — Schermerhorn Symphony Center

At the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the Tennessee State Marching Band kicked off an electrifying celebration of music and legacy.

Here’s what we brought to life:

  • Lighting design that elevated the energy

  • Audio engineering to ensure every note carried

  • A performance-forward setup built to honor the heart of Music City

  • Projections and digital displays that lit up the skyline

New York City — Central Park & Penn District

From pop-up performances along the High Line and Central Park to a 40-piece orchestra in Penn District, live music took over unexpected corners of the city.

Here’s what we brought to life:

  • Branded touchpoints woven throughout each environment

  • A cinematic, high-impact setup built for both live crowds and media capture

  • Live music in pop-up performances throughout the city
